RECOVERY MANAGEMENT/REPORTING REQUIREMENT AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

For Employees/Professionals who have experienced a substance use issue impacting their workplace, the recovery management agreement and reporting requirement agreement act as the formal contract for our back to work services. These agreements are designed to clearly explain the expectations for each employee/professional planning a return to work during the monitoring period. They also document the role Arbutus plays in supporting your successful return to work.
