Dr. Robert Baker, MD // Medical Review Officer
Dr. Robert N. Baker is currently the medical director of Sage Health Care Centre, is an active medical staff at The Phoenix Detoxification Centre and other facilities throughout British Columbia, and has practiced addiction medicine for more than 25 years. He is certified with the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AARMO) and is the Medical Review Officer (MRO) for Arbutus Work Solutions. Dr. Baker has been certified by the International Society of Addiction Medicine as well as the Canadian Society of Addiction Medicine.
Mark Hyslop // Director of Operations
Mark Hyslop practiced as a physician specializing in Emergency Medicine in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. During his medical career, Dr. Hyslop was a clinician, teacher, and administrator. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Management and frequently travels overseas to provide medical and social support in areas of conflict and crisis. Mark is the Director of Operations for Arbutus Work Solutions.

Bob Hughes holds bachelor degrees in Psychology and Communications and most recently received his Masters with Honours in Health Leadership from Royal Roads. Bob was awarded the YMCA Peace Maker Award in 2009 and the BC Local Hero Award for his efforts to end homelessness in BC. He is the Executive Director of ASK Wellness Society and Arbutus Work Solutions.

Erika Feely holds a bachelor degree in sciences, where she majored in biology and continued studies as LPN. She has a background in nursing as well as occupational health. She has extensive experience in drug and alcohol testing as well as an understanding in mental health and addictions
Jamie Johnson // Lab Coordinator
Jamie Johnson holds a diploma as a Registered Cardiology Technologist. She has a background in Patient care and a Medical Office Assistant. She has extensive experience in Laboratory bookings, as well as an understanding of drug and alcohol testing.
